Applecore Cushion Kit in Jewel Tones - Curved English Paper-Piecing Kit, (EPP)

This patchwork cushion is made using the traditional hand sewing technique of English paper-piecing, but with a twist! Thanks to the temporary glue pen, it is now easier to baste curved edges which are then sewn together using a flat back stitch. So if you have had your fill of hexies and diamonds, why not give curves a try, you will be addicted in no time!

Skill level: Skilled beginner

Finished size: approx 18" square.

* Blender strip in Linen Texture in Fuchsia
* Two border and two binding strips
* One background square in Makower's Linen Texture in Teal
* Pre-cut paper templates.
* Embroidery thread for hand quilting.

You will also need:

* Temporary Glue Pen - which you can add above
* Cotton thread for piecing - I suggest a 50wt 
* 20" square of wadding which you can add to your order above
* 20" square of butter muslin if you are hand-quilting - which you can add above
* 50cm cushion backing and a 20" cushion pad.
