Pretty Petals Mini Quilt Pattern

Enjoy some hand sewing to make up this pretty mini quilt/small wall hanging using the curved English paper-piecing technique. These flowers come together quite quickly with very little piecing, and are then appliquéd onto the background fabric before adding a little embroidery and then some decorative quilting.

You will also need;
• Five 2.5" x 9" strips in co-ordinating prints
• 7" x 22" background fabric
• 7" x 22" butter muslin and of wadding
• 6.5" x 19.5" backing fabric

• Temporary fabric glue pen, which you can add above
• Gentle fabric starch which you can find here
• Matching thread for piecing, I recommend a 50wt Aurifil cotton
• An 8" embroidery hoop
• Disappearing fabric pencil or marker
