EPP Flower Purse Kit in Liberty Pink & Blue

This cute purse is made using curved English paper-piecing - if you haven't tried this hand sewing technique yet, this is the perfect project to have a go. Once you have pieced your EPP flower, you then appliqué each one onto the background fabric before adding some decorative hand quilting.

Easy-to-follow instructions then take you through the process of constructing your purse, including how to fit the zip. 

This kit features a pretty Liberty floral print together with a co-ordinating Linen Texture Pink, which are backed onto a gorgeous Essex Yarn Dyed Linen in Nautical. These purses also make great gifts, both for your crafty friends who would like to make their own, and for you to make to give away.

This kit includes all the fabric, wadding and lining you need, plus pre-cut EPP templates, embroidery floss and a zip.

• Thread for piecing - I recommend a 50wt cotton thread, available here
• Temporary fabric glue pen, which you can purchase here
• Gentle fabric starch, which you can purchase here
• Basic sewing kit and sewing machine
